About Turning The Page LLC
Turning The Page is an organization that was formed in July of 2020 to get students normalizing the discussion around substance use disorder and mental health while supporting the students with resources and information on the back end. Turning The Page sets the bar in engagement with today’s youth. Besides live presentations, the first chapter, turning the page continues and supports the conversation with our Small Talks Video series and our revolutionary Virtual Care Navigation Center.
Our mission is to start the difficult discussion with students around mental health in all forms, normalize asking for help, and encourage positive mental health and support in their lives regardless of who they are or what they have been through.
Douglas and Jacob are experts in addiction, treatment, and recovery, sharing their stories of experience, strength, and hope with over 300,000 people to date and counting. We hope you give us a call to learn more about the cost effective Turning The Page program for your school and see if it is fully funded in your County.
Established 2020
Jake and Doug met at the most unexpected time, and along the way, trusted the process turning difficult situations into a successful company. Turning The Page recognized the need for virtual prevention efforts in 2020 and quickly pivoted from in person presentations, to videos that can be streamed directly into the classroom or home. This move helped us get in front of more youth, with lower overhead costs, which in turn, lead to a more flexible, cost effective prevention programing offered to the schools and communities. Turning The Page is a Limited Liability Company and holds Wisconsin State Prevention License #3365
Our Mission
Turning The Page was created to bring different educational programs into the communities through connection, speaking and media resources in which we focus on mental health, substance use disorders, connections, behavioral change and hope.
Our Vision
Turning The Page saw an opportunity to bring better mental health and substance abuse education into the communities. Our goal is to help you learn how to be the best person you can be and reach out for help when needed. That’s why we’ve created important fundamental courses around substance abuse and mental health. Through the founders experience, engaging presentations and back end support, we can turn the page on mental health and substance abuse together.
